Virginia Tech made an international splash on the recruiting trail today landing a commitment from German offensive lineman Danijel Miletic.

Miletic becomes the first offensive line commit of the 2021 class and also the fifth commit in the past 3 weeks alongside three-star WR Jaylen Jones, three-star ATH Jalen Stroman, three-star RB Chance Black, and three-star DE Mattheus Carroll.
Miletic gives the Hokies their third international commit or signee under Justin Fuente joining Oscar Bradburn and Wilfried Pene. He is also the first football player from Germany to at minimum to commit to Virginia Tech.
Miletic saw his recruitment take off over the past week with the Hokies offering on May 27th followed by offers from UCF and East Carolina. While more schools seemed close to offering based on what his coaches and trainers had been saying, Miletic clearly was ready to wrap up his recruitment with his first offer and commit to the Hokies.
We will have more as this story develops.
