Three-Star WR Jacoby Pinckney Set to Announce His Commitment Tomorrow

By: Tim Thomas | @TimThomas1996 | Jun 25, 2018
Earlier this month, three-star WR Jacoby Pinckney revealed his final four schools which included Virginia Tech, Michigan, Georgia, and Alabama. Today, Pinckney revealed his plans for making his collegiate commitment. https://twitter.com/jpinckney18/status/1011295320037318657 Pinckney will announce his college choice tomorrow with the Hokies being the favorites. In addition, I am standing by my current prediction of Pinckney to Virginia Tech. Pinckney has been one of VT's top offensive targets for almost a year now and VT has been consistently right at the top of his list. Pinckney would continue to help the Hokies add more size to their receiving corps while also giving VT a nationally recognized playmaker who will also be participating in The Opening at the Dallas Cowboys' facilities later this summer. The Hokies have put together an impressive June for the second-straight year with five commits this month including four-star in-state recruits Cam'Ron Kelly and Jaden Payoute. The Hokies have also had lots of success this month recruiting what could be a future starting WR corps with Payoute and Tayvion Robinson committing and Pinckney possibly joining those two tomorrow. VT is putting together another strong June on the recruiting trail and Jacoby Pinckney may be next for the Hokies tomorrow.
