Rudolph is the Hokies' first defensive back commit in the 2020 class and second high school defensive commit along with three-star LB Tyreem Powell. Since being offered, Rudolph has emerged as a top target at safety in part due to his intriguing athleticism and size. While some schools may have been hesitant due to his past injury, the Hokies did their due diligence and benefit from adding one of the most high-ceiling in the Commonwealth this cycle due to his size and athleticism.
