Virginia Tech signed 14 high school and JUCO recruits plus a grad transfer today, but Early Signing Day is a multi-day window with the Hokies having a chance at adding one more recruit tomorrow in three-star LB/ATH D.J. Lundy.

Lundy will make his decision at 2pm tomorrow deciding between the Hokies, Georgia, and Vanderbilt. According to 247 Sports, Lundy was supposed to take an official to Virginia Tech this past weekend though there have been no indications that he did.
247 Sports also said that Vanderbilt received an official visit from Lundy the first weekend of December while Georgia offered Lundy days ago. Since then, the in-state Bulldogs have immediately emerged as a top contender alongside the Commodores who appeared to host Lundy on an official.
Tech does appear to be the underdog, but the Hokies have pursued Lundy for a while, and he does come from Georgia where Tech has had plenty of success previously. The Hokies have been pursuing Lundy primarily as a linebacker with Lundy fitting a gap with Tech lacking a linebacker currently in their 2020 class.
Virginia Tech may not be done just yet in the early signing window with the Hokies hoping to land D.J. Lundy tomorrow.
Update
D.J. Lundy announced on Twitter that he has decided to postpone his decision.
I have decided to wait until February to commit so that I can make the best decision for me. Please respect my decision. 💯

Lundy's postponement opens the door for the Hokies to get him on campus next month while also giving Lundy more time to see how much interest in-state Georgia really has in him.
